Designed by a savvy firm out of Denmark, Joe collaborated on this luxury style past experience to help ensure it met the local code . This 77 story structure takes a podium programmatic approach with ground floor retail/restaurant, lobby, parking and utility spaces. As you move up the building you have residences mixed with the parking garage for 7 stories and then Amenities spaces including a pool deck and dog runs. The project was a great effort in coordinating with various design professionals, engineers, contractors and the owners. There was no shortage of detail on this project which resulted in a more European style interior and creative exterior shape.
