The original house was a split level with good size living space however, each space was separated from each other. This family envisioned a well connected split level home with added and improved spacious and light filled style living. We created an ultra modern space with a double height entry way, flanked with second floor balconies overlooking the family room. This allowed for natural light, air and sound connecting and sensed in all spaces.
