This savy developer approached the Studio with an idea of maximizing the number of Luxury apartments with open floor plans, embracing the sunlight and natural ventilation, balconies for each unit, maximum ocean views and beach living. The team collaborated closely with the zoning and planning departments to abide with specific city requirements including the number of off street parking spaces and the addition of a small commercial storefront. The final project included a light-filled courtyard, a private elevator, a separate private beach storage for each unit and a design that allowed for maximum views and sunlight from both the front and back.
